Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking our services as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. Ideally, 2-3 week in advance is suggested.

What areas do you service?

We proudly service San Marcos, California, and surrounding areas. North county San Diego.If you have an event outside this region, please contact us to discuss possibilities.

Do I need to send deposit?

Yes! In order to secure your date, you will need to send $50 non-refundable deposit. Otherwise date is available.

Where can I set up at?

We can set up at homes parks venues indoor or outdoor! We are licensed and insured. 

Is delivery included?

We cover the first 10 miles. Every additional mile is charged at $1.50.

We deliver, setup and pick up the equipment within 1-2 hour prior and after the contracted start and end of the event. We need at least one hour for setup and take down.

Do children need to be supervised?

Yes, children must be supervised at all time. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Do we clean the bounce house and balls?

Our bounce houses and balls are cleaned and sanitized before and after every use! You are paying for the quality and great service we provide.
